Our turnaround time is 2-3 weeks upon approval of your order once the artwork has been finalized.  Of course, our goal is to complete your order as soon as possible.

Each order is different but here are some of the things that factor into the cost of your order.  We will be looking at the quantity of items, how many colors in your logo, and how many locations of the logo.  

No, but the more you order, the lower the price per unit.

Screenprinted items will last the lifetime of the garment.  If we create your garment using the Heat Transfer option, we recommend that you wash the garment inside-out and to not use fabric softener.  Also, avoid using hot water or a hot dryer so you can extend the life of the logo.

Absolutely!  Just let us know and we can order in a sample product for you to review prior to placing your order. 

Sizes small through XL are the same price. Sizes 2XL, 3XL or larger come with an additional cost. 

Yes. We will deliver bulk items to your school or organization. You can also pick up your order at our store located at 3655 Centennial Rd. Sylvania, Ohio 43560.

It depends. Please contact our office at 419-841-2224 to discuss.  Most items are not refundable due to the fact that each order is custom made to your specifications. But, if you are not happy with your order we will do our very best to make it right. We pride ourselves on our customer service and customer satisfaction.
